Saona is the name of the river where the grandfather of the owners of Wool Dreamers, Julián and his sons Teodoro and Ramón used to go with their wagon pulled by mules and full of woolen fleeces. There they spent the days while they washed the wool and left it ready to later dry it, card it, spin it and weave the blankets.
It is a rustic thread, it does not itch but if you are very sensitive when it comes into contact with your skin, I think it is not for you. It's fluffy, it gains a lot from blocking in terms of softness, and its palette is inspired by natural colors.
