PAYMENT WITH GIFT CARD

In order to use a Gift Card as a payment method, it must be associated with your email, so please note:

If you want to use your virtual Gift Card to pay in a store, you can print it. If your purchase exceeds the balance on your Gift Card, you can combine it with any other payment method available in your market/region.

It is very important that, in any case, it is associated with your email, by default it is associated with the email of the buyer of the gift card.

You can write to us to associate it with another email address. You must first save your details as a customer on our website. Then you can buy the gift card to give as a gift. When you give it to the recipient, please ask them to write to us indicating the gift card code. They must also give us their details to create an account in the online store and associate the card with the recipient of the gift.

The gift card will in all cases correspond to the amount actually paid by the buyer. This is because in cases outside the EU the amount is charged without VAT.

The gift card expires one year after purchase without exception.
